"Took forever to get my order like 20 minutes (or more) as they messed up other people's orders, including mine, but the staff were nice, I guess, and apologized for the inconvenience. Food wise, the cheesesteak I ordered was really delicious but a bit salty for me. I like the fries and even enjoyed my drink."

"I’ve NEVER been here and I plan to but I’ve NEVER been to a Charley’s that wasn’t 5 stars. Don’t care what mood y’all was in and I’ve been to about 4 different cities. Same loving vibe same respectful and asks you what you need. If they miss something it’s your fault tbh. And I’m ALWAYS full there."
